Q: How does online medical consultation work?
A: Online consultations are the newest way to get the internet to work in the favor of the patient. This saves the patient time and money, as well as making the physician more available to each patient. Since most conditions do not actually require a physician to physically see the patient, the patient can simply fill out an online questionnaire for the online physician to determine the condition and prescribe the appropriate medication. This is no way a substitute for traditional medicine; it is just an easier way for the patient to receive treatment for various ailments. Our online pharmacists will only refer patients to physicians who are licensed and fully certified. In addition, our pharmacists will provide each patient with the utmost respect and discretion.

Q: What happens after I complete my order?
A: The orders are all directed through the order system. They each go to a licensed physician who reviews each order and makes the decision to approve or deny the order. When the order is completed, the referred doctor will then send the prescription.

Q: Are the physicians only licensed in the United States?
A: All our physicians and pharmacists are U.S. board certified and/or licensed.

Q: Does anyone have to sign for the order when it arrives?
A: Yes. An adult must be home to sign for the order when it arrives.

Q: Is the service available in all states?
A: No. Unfortunately, due to various regulations, some states prohibit our services. Check the order form for a full list of states where we are allowed to ship to.

Q: What type of shipping is available?
A: All our orders are shipped via FedEx next day delivery.

Q: What is the policy on returns?
A: If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, you will not be responsible for the order; however, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The current cancellation policy is available in the terms and agreement page.

Q: Can I return the order?
A: Due to FDA regulations, prescription medications cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged for any reasons, again, please see the terms and agreements page for more information on returns.

Q: Is international shipping available?
A: No. We can only ship to the United States at this time.
